We take great pride in providing Security Services to our client’s and consequently our name represents our reputation. A uniformed Security Officer will represent professionalism and equally as important, recognition. All staff at MZ Security are uniformed irrespective of the services provided. A Company Identification Card is issued to all Personnel and in addition all Security Personnel will also carry an SIA Licence at all times.


    
 

Security Officer’s will also have the basic formal requirements displaying smart in appearance and confident to address all members of staff at their work place whether it be internal or external departments. Branded trousers, shirts and ties are standard issue in addition to fleece tops and similar outdoor wear. Mobile/ Static Security Officer’s will be issued Hi-Viz wear and also steel toe cap boots as standard footwear. All items of uniform display the company logo and Security Officer’s can be identified upon arrival.


 

     


All outdoor Hi-Viz garments have an inner fleece lining to give heat and protection in any climate and bear our company logo on the front and back. Uniform issued has been accommodated for the cold weather and equal consideration has been given to the humid times in the year. Short sleeve uniform is also available as specific sites may require a variation of uniform dependent upon Assignment Instructions.


    

None Hi-Viz outer jackets are most commonly used for day time Security Services if preferred to the Hi-Viz. It also bears the company logo on the front and back and has a fleece inner lining. Irreversible and having the flexibility to be sufficient in any climate. Equipped with numerous zips and pockets to accommodate Security Officer’s in holding pens, notepads and similar accessories.

 

        


Mobile Security Officers responding to an Alarm Activation are particularly vulnerable in this instance. In order to minimise the level of risk and to ensure Assignment Instructions are conducted in accordance with client requirements, Stab and Ballistic proof armour is issued. All Mobile Security Officer’s are equipped with ‘second generation armour’. This means the armour is extremely lightweight holding a total weight of 2.2Kg with six fully adjustable velcro straps. The Kelvar panel (body armour) is a mass of ballistic layered material that combines high strength with comfort and protection. This is imperative as Security Officer’s are not only driving but can wear this body armour throughout their working shift with great ease. Kelvar material is five times stronger than steel and will give protection against knife/needle attack, shotgun blast/fragmentation and also handguns. All body armour is Police and Home Office issued inventory and bear the seal of resistance and quality assurance (above).
