I am writing with reference to a recent request made to our office by our security services provider in respect to the quality of service provided. It is a pleasure to recommend MZ Security Services to local councils and local businesses. The Leicester based company provides a Lock-up and Mobile Security Patrols Service. Lock-up of the main external gates at the close of business in addition to conducting Mobile Security Patrols on a daily basis throughout the night at agreed times. We have experienced a professional approach at all times placing particular emphasis on:

• Consistency in producing Monthly Mobile Patrol times attached with every monthly invoice
• Punctuality and promptness of daily Lock-up of main gates
• Having the flexibility to Lock-up at short notice as and when required
• Providing Static Guarding Services at short notice (uniformed)
• Direct contact with the management (24hrs)
• Putting forward recommendations and giving feedback in respect to further improvements

Mobile security officers are uniformed and in company vehicles at all times which clearly demonstrates a professional approach in addition to placing security boards around the site as and where requested. Communication is not an issue and any issues are immediately addressed and resolved. Invoices are delivered to our office on a monthly basis in person by the Customer Service Manager to maintain effective business relations and regular client contact.

MZ Security Services have had a significant impact on the improvements made in respect of providing security services to our business. It provides security services to many of our sites around Leicester so consequently keys are constantly changed, MZ Security has shown to be efficient and flexible to collect keys immediately upon change of locks unlike previous security service providers where keys have been collected after several days and a site has been left vulnerable in the event of an alarm activation. Key Audits are also conducted on a regular basis and site visits are made to physically check locks and confirm the correct keys are enclosed in the security pouch. In addition all keys are signed for and accountability is demonstrated, the local company has a friendly and professional service at a competitive price.

Many a time visits have been made to sites free of free charge and courtesy has been shown in order to assist external contractors and to explain and ensure the alarm system is correctly activated/de-activated by members of staff. An effective alarm response time whereupon internal/external patrols have been conducted accordingly (CCTV). When conducting internal patrols of sites, lights are always switched off and doors closed as found upon arrival. Security Personnel have shown to be in uniform and marked vehicles at all times and consistency has been illustrated in regular spaced intervals when conducting Mobile Security Patrols. Mobile security patrol times are attached to every invoice on a monthly basis so we may correspond information with CCTV on site in the event of an emergency and initiative is taken to contain a situation and inform key-holders and relevant contacts. Information is always communicated and the quality of service is of a high standard.

External appearance of all sites is kept to a professional standard whereupon security boards are maintained and changed on a regular basis unlike previous security service providers where security boards clearly show neglection and diester checkpoints are placed upon all sites as agreed and swiped accordingly. MZ Security has also contributed towards implementing many changes to our sites ensuring they are secure as possible recommending many external deterrents, such as grills on external rear doors and windows and constantly working together to ensure maximum security.

We will continue to work side by side MZ Security Services as they have clearly made many improvements to our sites but also have a local point of contact dealing with clients on a professional ethical basis. We have no hesitation in recommending MZ Security Services to potential business clients and local councils.
